At DirtSat, we are simplifying Biosolar rooftop development across cities to help commercial property owners meet both regulatory and asset risks, enable massive climate gains, and make cities more livable.

Cities are both the cause and the solution to the climate crisis. As the source of nearly 40% of global GHG emission, decarbonizing the built environment is key to lasting change.

DirtSat is a data and software platform for commercial property owners to manage the conversion of their unused rooftop space to Biosolar. Our data-driven tools surface hidden ROI across commercial portfolios, bringing 15-30% operational energy reductions and 70-85% demand generation. The most viable properties are autonomously identified and ranked, streamlined for development, and measured for impact.

"Cities are where the climate battle will largely be won or lost." — António Guterres - UN Secretary General
